Soothing Sounds Collection is an analog horror motion project that transforms a seemingly innocent VHS tape of calming sounds into an eerie, unsettling experience. What begins as a soothing audiovisual journey slowly distorts, introducing glitches, cryptic imagery, and warped audio that create a creeping sense of unease. By subtly twisting familiar comfort into paranoia, the project taps into fears of surveillance, forgotten media, and subliminal messages, leaving viewers questioning what they’ve seen—and whether the tape is still watching them.
